RecommendedHorizon services was fantastic. They were able to schedule us quickly, and the technician (Dylan, DS1) that arrived took the time to do a thourough investigation, explain to me each step of what he was doing, and then provided recommendations on next steps. The tech was also personable and courteous, even at 10 pm after a long day's work! - I would recommend them 100%.
My heating unit stopped working today, and it was getting cold quickly, so my fiance called Horizon, and they had a serviceman, Benjamin Miller, out to us within an hour. I am impressed by Ben's promptness, attentiveness to our concerns, the fact that he put on booties in order to make sure he didn't ruin our carpet as he walked back and forth, his knowledge, and his willingness to help me schedule a free consultation for a new heating unit while he fixed ours. We were new to our home in 2015, since then had my sewer line and heater replace even though my home inspection stated that everything was good. Now my hot water heater is going, that's next on the list, and we would not trust anyone else.
The technician Joe Winchester was one of the very best service technician we have ever encountered. He was prompt and that is extremely important to me! I absolutely hate when service companies give a time range for an appt. We were given a time range of between 8 - 10:30am on a Saturday morning g. To my surprise, Joe arrived @ 8:10 am! He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and neat! I was completely satisfied with his service! I would definitely recommend Horizon Services!
Waking up to a dead furnace is not good. Calling several places for service is frustrating, when they say someone might be there in 6 to 10 hours to see what's wrong. Finally calling Horizon and having someone come out within 1 1/2 hours is wonderful! Finding out the furnace should be replaced is not good. Having someone come out within 15 more minutes to drop off a space heater for the duration is marvelous! After a few scheduling and customer service hiccups, horizon made good on their customer service pledge. Service was today and Bernard was great and explained everything thoroughly and did not leave until he was sure we were comfortable with the visit.
