I am a relatively new home owner of a townhouse and I live alone. Frankly, I don't pay attention to HVAC stuff. Today José S. came out and was able to easily unclog the clogged drain in my air/heat pump which had cause water to collect on my basement floor. He also went outside to do a complete maintenance check.
