RecommendedWe called Horizon pretty late at night because we thought we may have had a small gas leak. To clarify, there was a faint odd smell coming from the vent in our daughter's room. It smelled close enough to gas that we wanted to be extra cautious with it. I can not begin to tell you how pleased we have been with our new hvac system. installed in one day, mess cleaned up and old junk hauled off. Had them back last week for a small problem. It was corrected and everything is working fine. Great company, great products, but most important, great employees.
We were without water and I called at 8:30 am and Dominic K was here at 1:15 pm and fixed all of the issues and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I was very pleased by the quick response and the excellent service.

Horizon Services sent their HVAC Tech Joe Jamison out to do a Heater Tuneup on my nine year old Trane Gas Furnace which I had purchased initially from Horizon. Let me tell, this HVAC Tech Joe Jamison knows his stuff. He went over my furnace from top to bottom making sure all the readings and adjustments were they are supposed to be, he found the gas pressure coming into the house was very high and reset it to where it was supposed to be.
