Recommended24 hour service. Came at 1am on a Monday morning (Sunday night). The technician was professional and got in and out quickly.
My experiences with the Horizon team were great. Both the HVAC and plumbing technicians were on time, clean, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Keith and Corey were out today and inspected the hot water heater, made recommendations and replaced the water heater in short time as well as offering other advice to improve efficiency. Overall great service.
Every Horizon technician I've ever had in my home has been terrific, and today's was just the same. My tech, George P, was absolutely wonderful. Professional, courteous, personable and concerned about both my and my animals well being in the heat, and with my situation in terms of the work required. Our technician George was on time and even called ahead to make sure we knew he was coming and gave us an ETA. While here he let us know what he was going to do before he did it. When he found the problem, he took the time to show us why we were having the problem by hooking up an amp meter to our capacitor an explaining in plain English what the readings meant. Polite, professional, honest and knowledgeable.
Kevin and Vincent were amazing!! They were so polite and very helpful. I greatly appreciated how efficient and clean they were. I highly recommend Horizon because of the customer service they provide. Thank you guys :)
