RecommendedHorizon's Staff and Jonathan (Technician) went above and beyond to resolve my heating issue. The initial repair started with delays and them not able to repair my heater when they did arrive. Jonathan did his best and apologized. The parts he needed had been delayed in getting to my home for him. Needless to say my wife and I were disappointed with the result. RecommendedTom W. tuned up our heater today. He was very pleasant and did an excellent job of communicating what he had done and recommended for the future. He was very respectful of our house and careful to not track dirt in from the outside of from the utility side of the basement where the heater is located. I would welcome him back our heater or air conditioner need servicing.
