I had an appointment on Monday and they called to reschedule due to the storm - very nice people - the rescheduled appointment day came and they called to see if they could come earlier - again very nice professional call. Pat arrived, played with my dogs, very nice and polite. This was the first time using Horizon - I plan on using them again. Thank you for the on time and professional service. He even wore shoe covers!
turned up within 24hrs , ran some diagnostics on water heater , explained the issue to me then proceeded to resolve the issue. great service , i would use these guys again. big thanks Kevin

This was the 2nd visit from Horizon for my annual heater check-up. Again I was very happy with their service. Everything they say in their TV ads is a fact. They called ahead, were on time, Colin was very pleasant and efficient. I discussed having my AC checked in the spring and signed a contract which now covers the AC, heater and plumbing. I do highly recommend them to friends.
Our experience with Horizon Services has been very satisfying. Our heat pump decided to take a break! We called Horizon for service and Technician Sean Fox was at our home bright and early to check it out. His customer service is awesome. Very personable and professional. Bill Leupolds the best. Woke up to the sound of running water. Frozen outdoor faucet, called Horizon and was told they would call when Bill became available, about 45 minutes at best. In walks Bill he surveys the situation explains the process and BOOM problem solved. This is our second or third call into Horizon again receiving the best professional, friendly technician available, and Bill was the man this time. Cudos Horizon, and many thanks Bill.

We recently had Sean F. deliver and install a CO monitor. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Sean advised where to place the monitor and explained the workings of it. I would welcome him back to service any issues we might have in regard to our heating and air conditioning. A substantial Christmas bonus would be in order. :) Richard Kopan
