RecommendedRyan B. has made two service calls to our home, one for installing a toilet, and the other to replace a leaking manifold block. He was thorough and efficient each time, and probably saved us a much more expensive problem by identifying the problem with the manifold block. We have always been impressed by Horizon's technicians, and would use any of them, including Ryan, again without hesitation. They are al very well trained, leave the job area and our home clean, and we really appreciate their courtesy.
Lee B came to our home yesterday and fixed the pump for our humidifier that takes the humidity out the air and did an overhaul of our air conditioner . He was very informative about a few problems that we might encounter and said Horzon would be happy to get us a free estimate. We were very satisfied with his work
FrankD. just left our home after servicing our A/C and furnace. He was prompt, knowledgeable, polite and very competent at his job( and he was good with our dog). He explained the cause of our A/C problem and what to do if it happens again. He serviced the heater under warranty and explained everything in plain language I could understand. I would recommend Horizon Services to anyone.
Ken Hazzard was a very courteous technician, who, even after a long, trying day ( i was his last customer and his previous job before mine had been grueling) was very nice, thorough and worked hard until the job was done. He even then thoroughly cleaned all areas of the house that were effected, leaving it in better shape than when he had arrived. I had a great experience.
Horizon was great our air went out on one of the hottest days and they came to the rescue. They were on time and got right to work, within a few hours the new air-conditioning was up and running and we were no longer dying from the heat. Would highly recommend Horizon to anyone.
Absolute appreciation to Ryan B. He was naturally pleasant and thoroughly enjoyed his job. Not only did he explain the various options in terms that I could understand, putting him on the spot and on the phone with my mother to explain the best options for replacing parts or replacing the entire water heater was handled like a champ. Ken was very friendly and very helpful. Ran into a snag and he was able to figure something out without a hitch.
Setting up the appointment was very simple. When we had to change the actual appointment, Horizon schedulers were, as usual, courteous and accommodating. The technician, Nicholas S, arrived precisely when he said he would, and his work was excellent. There were several projects: removing an old and installing a new dishwasher, removing an old kitchen faucet and replacing it with a new and entirely different one; connecting a waterline to a new refridgerator; and connecting a T to the gas line in order to fuel a new stove).... read more
