We recently moved into a house that has a 21 year old air conditioner and it is not running efficiently. We called for a tune up and used the mailed coupon. Our technician Pat D. was very friendly. I have two one year old girls, who are crawling and walking all over and I was happy to see Pat wearing booties as not not track in dirt from the outside. Prompt and excellent service. The technician is very professional and knowledgeable. However, the quotes we've gotten are outrageous. I will have to wait for a decent promotion to buy new equipment. Other than that, no complaints.
Kenneth was absolutely wonderful. He cleared our sewer line but was unable to clear the trap. We have set up an appointment to get our line checked via camera. There was no charge and he was upfront and honest about our situation from the first second. A+++ service!!
