The technician came and checked my Air conditioning system and water heater. He said it would be wise to install an EZ Trap in case there was a clog. He was able to do that for a discounted price since he was already there. He gave me some advice on how to keep the Trap clean and also how to unclog it. I hope I have trouble-free air conditioning for the summer.

Donald Kerr was excellent. He came to my house on time and went right to work on the maintenance of my heater and AC. He took the time to explain everything he did and answered my questions. I would love for him to come back next year to do my maintenance check.
