There was hair in the shower from previous guest, fridge door hardly closed and didn't keep our things cold. There was also hair on one of the beds blanket.
Donot waste your money.
The room was clean and spacious. The water pressure was horrendous. The wait on elevators averaged about 15-20 minutes every time. Even though I was staying at the casino, due to capacity restrictions, I was not allowed in to the casino to go to my room. I was told to go out and walk all the way around to the back side of the casino through the parking garage. The bed was full of hair and the neighbors in the other room had loud music on there more than 10 people (teenagers) in that room making so much noise. We did not go to bed until they went to bed. That was a disaster.
Check in rep. Was on her phone when we arrived so was very short and not welcoming or willing to help. Told her we had 2 separate rooms and was going to ask if they could be joining. After saying we had to 2 rooms, she cut me off and said “well this is the first.” So waited for her to process second then asked if they could be joining and she said no without even looking.
