The room was not ready nothing worked I. There no shower soap shampoo pillows 2 no coffe no ice bucket and more

Lack of Customer Service/Guest Satisfaction We decided to make a reservation ahead of time at Roxy's, which is not an inexpensive place to eat, ordered Prime Rib, came out overcooked, came out Raw. No one seemed to really care that our dinner experience was far from good. Next day, tried breakfast at Brew Brother's, couldn't get a Mimosa because there was "no bartender" had to walk to the "floor bar" to get, food was lukewarm at best.

The walls are thin and the air conditioning doesn't work.

Check in was complicated by accommodations for a pet which was made clear prior to arrival. Charged 2x the amount I was suppose to be.

Security Concern & Incompetence I booked 7 rooms for an office holiday evening. Upon checking in, my wife and I got keys to not one but 2 rooms in a row that were already occupied. (See check in card pic with 3 different room numbers marked down) It wasn’t just unprofessional but a significant security concern. The level of incompetence of the front desk staff blew my mind and I don’t even know how the hotel mgmt software could have allowed it to happen. The property is a bit rundown. The attention to cleanliness needs improvement. You will often see food scraps around on tables and floors. There was a strange smell around the hotel. The rooms are old. The monarch next door is way nicer. The good thing is the monarch is next door so you can get a cheaper room at horseshoe and spend all your time at the monarch

First of all, I brought my children, they make you sign an affidavit that your children will not go near the casinos. Which is great! The room has no soap, the toilet paper was almost gone, no extra. The room was cold, the heater was at 72. But it was still cold. We then found out the window was opened and wouldn’t close as the latch was broken. Very dangerous as no screen. We were on the 4th floor.
