The battery for our room key to get access died. Went to lobby and told clerk that key is working but cant get into our room. Clerk spoke to us like we didnt know what room we was in. Went back up and again key wouldnt buzz us in this time called dwn from phone they have by elevator that key still didnt work something else is wrong. Of course new clerk again asked us if we had room right explained again that key is badging us up to floor fine but not our room. Finally after being locked out for hour of our room.
