Close to the restaurant clean and safe

Nice hotel but understaffed. Our room was very nice and clean. The front desk had a long line checking in, we were not told that the money 'due at hotel' was charged on our card a week before arrival and then we were charged $89 when we checked in. We called for a late check out and was told it was an additional $10-$20 but our keys were turned off at check out and our car was parked out front because the valet parking closing at noon!

Room was nice- clean and staff was friendly. However there was no hair dryer in room and when I called front desk they said I had to wait for room service to arrive- 1 and 1/2 hours later! My husband and I had to leave the hotel with wet hair in winter temps. I was disappointed that front desk couldn’t think outside the box and get a dryer to me from another room. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
