will come again we just had so much fun even though we didnt win. that the good restaurant was not open but I did understand not enough traffic yet. everything was clean and great / rooms and casino
Business response:
Thank you for the great review, Lysa! Come back for another wonderful time soon!
You get what you pay for... This is the second time we have had to change rooms upon seeing them after check-in. First time was because the room reeked of cigarette smoke. This time, we had to change due to: A sewage type smell coming out of the drains, missing or very bent screens in the windows, trash still under the furniture and a dog had clearly chewed up the television remote. Location is prime and for the most part the facilities are clean in the casino. Front desk staff was helpful when addressing concerns.
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback, Melissa. We have been working with our vendor to help eliminate the smell. We apologize for the inconvenience and we look forward to welcoming you back again.
