It was very clean and nice. However there was no water to drink in the vending machine. My Do Not Disturb sign we realized was missing so we made one. Other than that, it was very nice.

Vents were super dusty that made out allergies go crazy . No access to ac we had to open the window. Only other thing is the restaurants didn’t open until late so being snowed in and not being able to eat stunk

Everything was wonderful, except the shower. It’s was a nice size, appeared to have a great shower head on it, but that was all. The water pressure was pathetic…. not even enough to fill all the spray nozzles on the shower head. I can’t even call it a “low flow” shower head… it was worse. There was only enough water to do an arm at a time. The water just about evaporated from the time it came out of the shower head to the time it reached your feet. Worst shower of all the hotels I’ve ever stayed in around the world.

Clean room, bathroom shower door didnt work and we had a hard time finding food. Short staffed, long lines
