Loved the hotel. Room was very comfortable. I felt safe. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to explain that the guest must use your room key to make the elevator go to the floor you want. I was in the elevator quite sometime before another guest getting on from the parking lot showed me what was wrong. Also Houseshoe seemed to be the only hotel on the strip that didn’t offer valet during the weekdays. As for casino restaurants, they were very short staffed the week before new years.
