Rude staff and management from The door till we sat down! So we left and went elsewhere! Not to mention racist! Horrible service

Second visit to hot shots because the food and service were excellent the first time. Today the place not so busy. 2 or 3 tables at best. We chose a high top and my stool was clearly broken. Not only did our server acknowledge this...she did nothing! Didn’t even take it out if service! And I had to get my own “working” stool from the bar while she watched me move the broken stool to the side next to the trash can. She did not offer assistance in any way shape or form. this establishment is supposed to be a sports bar, Thursday night football was over run by what looked like a crowd of church going trivia playing yuppies.... so much for having a few cold ones and enjoying sports.. please change the name to Lame trivia bar!
Took forever to get aGuinness . Did you have to go to Ireland to get it? Wasn’t that busy for a Saturday night Paid the bill and left it’s just a lame corporate bar in an unnecessary location

My friends and I came in there to enjoy a ladies day out to play pool. We watch the waitress wait on all the male tables but never came back to our tables..ridiculous service..we tip the waitress I’m sure more then our male counterpoint!

when you come to hotshots you don’t usually come for the service, but tonight was completely unacceptable. my two friends and i came in around 9:15 to a slow evening. our first interaction was being carded at the bar by the bouncer which was a normal interaction. we then stood at the bar for five minutes without being even acknowledged by the bartender, not even a ‘hi i’ll be right with you” or anything of the sorts. we thought it would be best to move to a table to receive service so we went to an open table in clear view o... read more

This is the second time I’ve ordered trash wings and they were never sauced
Definitely will not be back! First and last time here! Abigail was our waitress, she struggled to get our orders. She can back once to check on us. I had to flag her down to get our bill. It was incorrect. She corrected it and still shorted us about $20ish and tried to tell me that we were short on the bill. She then brought a different amount of cash.
