Worst service I've ever had. Ordered a chicken wrap, which usually takes about ten minutes to make. An hour later it still wasn't out. I asked the server to speak to the manager and her response was "maybe if you talk to him it will do some good because when I said something he yelled at me" When I spoke to the manager I told him it was unacceptable that I had been waiting an hour for one chicken wrap, especially coming from someone who has been in the restaurant industry for years. Terrible food, poor atmosphere, don't waste your time
Not sure if it was the pretzel bites or the cheese but it tasted like melted plastic... It was gross. Our server was good though.
If I could give this place a negative star I would. I was here for a friend birthday, had to get my drink AND refill all night. Never asked once if I need anything just asked the people who got there before me if they needed more drinks.
Unfortunately we had a really lame experience here tonight. We came to drink,eat and play pool. Sadly the waitresses were to busy hanging out at tables to be bothered with our order. After completing an entire game I flagged down a waitress and requested a menu so we could order.... we got a menu however no waitress ever bothered to come back around to our table.
