Terrible food, poor atmosphere, don't waste your time
Not sure if it was the pretzel bites or the cheese but it tasted like melted plastic... It was gross. Our server was good though.
If I could give this place a negative star I would. I was here for a friend birthday, had to get my drink AND refill all night. Never asked once if I need anything just asked the people who got there before me if they needed more drinks.
Unfortunately we had a really lame experience here tonight. We came to drink,eat and play pool. Sadly the waitresses were to busy hanging out at tables to be bothered with our order. After completing an entire game I flagged down a waitress and requested a menu so we could order.... we got a menu however no waitress ever bothered to come back around to our table. Had what they call the slugger piled high with meat . i think what they should have said was thick bread and three pieces of meat on top of that cold fries
All of our food was bland, and tastes nothing like Fairview heights location! Margarita was straight sweet and sour. Servers were not appreciative or very attentive whatsoever (unless you were a group of college guys).
Terrible all around. The asshole with the Mohawk needs therapy. We were kicked out tonight and management wanted to fight us in the parking lot. Real professional.
