Terrible AC unit installed from this company that is failing in 2 years. Do not buy. Go elsewhere
After about 2 years my unit that I bought brand new is craping out on me. Because I didn't buy their extended warranty they will not service my unit without a huge fee saying I haven't kept up with maintenance and therefore it voids my warranty. Their sales people call me constantly to push their warranty but if your product can't last problem free less than 2 years the product must be total crap. Buyer be aware...this company is total crap.
This company is one I highly recommend to stay away from, nobody in their office has been willing to help resolve the issues with our brand new AC unit. Ridiculous how bad their service is. Everything that was communicated to us during the sale process was a flat out lie. We are actually paying 30% more on our light bill than before we purchased their system. Unexpected technician charge, as well as, the person that I spoke to not seeing where I called to have maintenance done on May 5, 2023. I have not missed scheduling Spring or Fall Maintenances. My capacitor went out for a 2nd time on a unit that is still under warranty and purchased 3 1/2 years ago . When the first capacitor went out I didn't pay a service fee.
