We had a new unit it installed and it started to malfunction after 4 months of having it. It took them a month before anyone came to look at it and they said the correct parts had not been used and was the cause. They did not have the required part so left and did not come back until another month later. They say one schedule date and then change dates with no notice or accountability. Customer service response is they should have called you. Maintenance for summer is summer not in November. We paid for routine maintenance in order to keep our warranty valid . They're inconsistent and unprofessional. They're not holding up their part of the contract.

If you are in need of a new AC or fix one please stay away from this people. I had been a customer for the last 5 years and spent close to 20,000 with them. Once they make the sale that is it for them. I have so much I will like to share but not a liberty to do it yet . Please do yourself a favor and don't call them specially if you are a woman or have no knowledge about ACs

AWFUL! NOT BB approved. This company installed both HVAC systems in my home. Very happy to assist when taking thousands of your money. One year into new system AC went out. They told me the labor and parts were covered but still wanted to find a way to charge over $100 in labor fees for driving to my home. Postponed service by 48 hours. The lady in the office is very unprofessional and my guess is used to having upset customers call in as she immediately gets rude with you and says "I'm not the owner, email him". This company did aterrible, poor, and unprofessional installation in the house I live in. It cause damage and mold . I been living with this mold for 2 years . I filed different complaints with different institutions and I took them to court and they all sided with me. I have proof of tlwhat am saying . Do not hire this company awful service

Houston Air Comfort is a joke! They sell you the unit, install it and can never be reached again. I have made numerous appointments to which no one ever shows up. When I call to find out what happened with the appointment I'm told that I'm not even on the schedule when they sent me two separate texts with a date and time. Promises of returned phone calls that were never received. The list of failed promises is so long that I suggest you read the reviews on Yelp. It was amazing how on point they were!
