AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! This company makes me wish zero stars was an option. Trip one, misdiagnosed the problem and it resurfaced within hours yet they could not get a tech over till the following day. Trip two, the tech says I need to replace my furnace for $3,000 or just the Circut Board at $1,500. By the way the board should cost between $475-$600 to be installed by a HVAC tech. Thankfully we had another company come imediatly after and the fix was made by simply by reconnecting a loose component in the furnace. This wa... read more

IF YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OF THIS COMPANY - PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME! They fell through the roof, damaged our furniture, left the mess for us to clean up including the sheetrock hanging from the ceiling and what had fallen on the floor and on the furniture! The company actually stated to me: Gloria Garcia 4:11 PM (28 minutes ago) to me, Leslie Again, per your contract with First American, as a home owner, you are responsible for providing a safe work environment for technicians for any work provided in your home. The negligence on your part caused long term injury to our technician. THIS IS ACTUALLY RIDICULOUS TO STATE THAT THIS IS MY FAULT! To begin with, I have First American Home Warranty which came with the home when we purchased or I would have called an A/C company that would have responded immediately. My A/C went out about 4:00 on a Thursday afternoon, 90+ temps in the afternoon. I noticed it wasn't working after 5 pm, so call First American. They referred me to Houston Air. I would not recommend them. I think they lack moral character. I am a widow on a fixed income. The technician sold me a a/c surge protector for $375.00. I found the same item on Ebay ranging from $45.00 to $70.00. Where is the integrity?
