Absolutely, hands down the friendliest bunch of people you could ask for. Accommodating and helpful and very enthusiastic about their jobs. I would HIGHLY recommend HRG to ANY of my friends. Ricardo and Olga go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. This group is the ONLY group to use if you want your vacation to be the best experience possible.

beautiful resort, Olga at HRG was available to meet our every need. She organized tours, car services, golf cart, etc.. made it easy and enjoyable. Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful trip. The condo was perfect for our family. it was really nice to have the pool and hot tub right in our backyard - the kids loved it! The property was well maintained and the support from the concierge far exceeeded our expactations! Many thanks to Olga for setting up all our excursions and for assisting us throughout our stay. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends.

Admittedly, this is an unofficial outpost of the US. With big, spacious condos (we had 2 bed, 2 bath; mom + 2 teenage daughters) on a golf course what would you expect... However, our experience was so overwhelmingly pleasant and the staff so friendly and helpful it never felt artificial. The property itself is lovely and in great condition. I recently returned to the condo, and spent two weeks there. When we arrived at the airport the HRG driver was there to take us to the condo, with a cooler of water, soft drinks, and beer; a very nice touch. I also liked the other services that HRG provides, such as arranging a rental car delivered to the condo, and food so that you don't have to scramble to find breakfast the first morning. My wife and I were excited to get away for a few weeks and everything about this vacation was perfect. HRG did an awesome job of having things ready and making sure we were well taken care of. The property was clean, and exceeded our expectations. The resort was awesome, and had everything we were looking for. The daily cleaning service has been great as well. We had a great time, all our needs were taken care of really quick, the unit was very comfortable, the maid service was efficient and unobtrusive. We rented a golf cart for a day, it was delivered within the hour, would strongly recommend, getting one, saves a lot of taxi money. The check in/out was fast and the keys were waiting for us, over all, a wonderful experience I would recomend.

This is our first trip to Costa Rica and we have loved it! Ricardo was able to get us into a Bay Residence unit, which, in my opinion, has the best view of all! We have been able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets right from our second floor terrace. When we arrived at our condo, thanks to Olga, it was filled with the groceries we requested for our stay.
