Every thing went great I guess. But my vw emblem on my rim is missing, they said it is on order.
They sold me a car with only 1 key fob. With keyless vehicles it it irresponsible to do so. I also have an issue with no spare tire. The vehicle was built that way so very irresponsible of GM
The communication was very poor. We were in to have a part replaced that we noticed at point of purchase. Could not be addressed, was sent to Sid Dillion. Sid Dillon could not replace so I was sent to Infiniti dealer. Shelly was difficult to work with and frustrated that Husker didn't pick this up and you used the warranty I purchased. I guess thanks for pay the deductible.
Problem was not resolved and service manager has not called back after 2 left messages
Used sale managers were very cocky/rude. We bought our RAM from them checked it all over and ran great EXCEPT there was a warped rotor we told them and they didn't believe us at first and tried to argue it was sitting. They offered only 200 extra on trade to not fix it. Got home with it and less than a week and found all the rotors and brake pads were completely warped and bare. Spent 500 dollars to fix them when they then said they fixed them on inspection WILL not be back after buying 4 cars
Worse car dealership ever! Terrible customer service and would never recommend this place to anyone. They definitely don't believe in customer service!
Grease stains on seat. Disappointed in service
