The car wash was in op. The things to do list said I should change the cabin filter. I brought the car in to have it done. So how valid are the rest of the recommendations?

Opal and team did a great job fixing my truck! They fixed the trailer brake controller, noisy oil pump and the radiator.
Two weeks in advance I made an appointment at 8:15 am for an 8:30 am recall repair. I took the car in the night before and as instructed. At noon when he called about picking it up he was told that the dealership is not compensated for doing recall work so they leave it until the end of the day and get to it if they have time. They finished my car at 6:00 pm barely in time to be picked up. We will not be going back to Husker auto. Never found maint inspect documentation.
