Excellent service. Very timely repair!
I was emailing the salesperson on Monday and he told me the pickup had just come in and they were giving it a look over and they were going to detail it and then they'd call. Then on Tuesday the salesperson texts me that another party had put a deposit on the vehicle. I asked him why I wasn't allowed to do that on Monday and he had a bunch of BS answers. Never met such an incompetent salesperson in my life. I definitely won't buy anything from these guys.
Have full coverage. Stability traction sensor would keep appearing. Low Oil light appearing. Had to add oil before time for oil change due.Husker said it was due to low voltage and need to replace battery (over $300 for battery). Had to pay approximately $125 for deductible on my full coverage. Declined battery and car still running rough.
Husker Group would not check the transmission fluid level as I requested because it is a sealed system. Having experienced a shudder when towing I asked them to check the level. They argued that it wasn't necessary. Disappointed to say the least
Mechanic said, Brakes were ready to be replaced on the front. There was over 3/4 of the pad left. Waited an hour and 40 minutes for the service to be completed. I have been using Husker for years and have never had this type of issue.
I didn't buy the vehicle you are writing me about. I do not have a Subaru Forester and don't know why you have my email address or why you are contacting me about this car. I did recently purchase a 2023 Ford F-150. I have no idea if Husker Auto Group has anything to do with that purchase.
I did not like that it took 2 weeks to replace a seatbelt harness and how long it took them to actually schedule the appointment
I put a new terbu it has same problem .
I took my vehicle in to get a Zaktek coating put on and have a front axil replaced as they said it needed it. All fine except they forgot to do what I originally brought it in for, the Zaktek. I rescheduled and they got it on EXCEPT they put a chip in the paint and won't stand behind fixing it. They are telling me they won't do anything about it. My truck is in Pristine condition and I am finished with Husker Auto group!!!! I will not buy from them again as well as not take my vehicle to them to work on. I hope other can lea... read more
