Called Hydro Flo to get basic service on one of our water tanks. Website was very explanatory to use and diagnose the problem with my tank. Glad I called in and got scheduled in quick for a tank tune up. Technician came in fixed it back properly; also detailed other issues with the existing tank immediately to be addressed. Thanks to him and decision I made to prevent further problems.

We recently got furnace problem and called this company by chance. They responded rapidly with inspection and follow up plan. Although they had a long waitting line due to recent extrem weather but the technician Justin managed to come to us the same day as we called. What was toutching when he noticed that we did not have a heater, he brought several heaters for us to prevent any plumbing damege. We got a frantic phone call from our renter that the furnace stopped working, they managed to fit us in their schedule first thing in the morning, even though they were completely booked!! within half an hour the neighbour called saying that the hot water tank pilot light has gone out and it wont stay lit they even popped over next-door and showed them how to do it properly!! Thank you for always having amazing service!

This afternoon we lost hot water. We tried to figure out what was causing the issue. When nothing worked I texted Hydro-Flo P&H Ltd to see how long of a wait before someone could come by and check the water tank. James then went above and beyond by texting how to solve the issue. He was patient, asked for clarification by us providing photo's of different areas of the tank and provided clear instructions on how to fix the tank.
