Furnace and hot water tank replacement Thank you Ryan and team for installing a new furnace and hot water tank. You were all professional, took time to answer my questions, and discussed various options for how the work could be done. Thank you Tyler for coming and troubleshooting why I couldn't get hot water in my tub. You were very professional and looked into several reasons why it wouldn't work.

Replaced toilets, commercial space Justin has been consistently reliable at answering our calls and he quickly coordinates the services we need for our commercial space. Most recently, we had all toilets replaced with new pressure assisted units. Cheyenne arrived early, was polite, efficient, thorough and discreet. She was diligent and detail oriented with her work, explained things well, and tidied up perfectly without any inconvenience to our clients. Much respect and gratitude for this company and its quality staff.

Accommodating and experienced Shianne came early, quickly assessed the plumbing situation and offered a reasonable quote. I was impressed that she made sure everything was working properly before she left by checking and double checking. Three words to describe her and Hydro Flo: Professional, Experienced and thoughtful. I would definitely call them again for plumbing and recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done at a reasonable price.

Hot Water Tank Repair Hanging in Mexico.... and the message comes....your hot water tank is leaking. Panic sets in...no one's around to give access....what the HECK am I going to do now??....I call Hydro-Flo. I'm from the HVAC world so I know what Im talking about. They were awesome, willing to enter without supervision (thank goodness), straight forward, proactive and speedy in the communication and action (I am a little high maintenance in this area). I would recommend this company without reservation.

Plumbing issue - resolved quickly by great staff I really appreciate the response time from HydroFlo - as having plumbing issues resolved quickly can be a necessity. Their staff was also great and helped outline issue and options. Knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and left the place clean after all the work was done.
