Had to call a plumber over the weekend due to a leak we found under our bathtub. Caleb was sent over within an hour or so and we had a great experience with him. He was courteous and professional, and explained our issue to us really well. Would call them again if we need any repairs.
Our technician arrived exactly on time and quickly diagnosed a minor problem that we believed to be a much bigger issue. He was able to solve our problem easily and quickly. The technician was professional, kind and obviously cared about his work and his performance. We were very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Hydro Flo ! Good work, Well Done!

We had a sewer back up into our furnace room floor drain on a Saturday late morning. Much distress as we knew a lot of plumbing companies are closed on the week-ends! We started calling companies that were listed as open and available for emergencies 24/7. Most of the ones we talked to couldn't get someone out to us until really late until we got to Hydro Flo. Found our water tank leaking on Easter Sunday. Called Hydro Flo, got the answering service, but Tyler called back in ten minutes. Was able to have someone come out Monday morning, install new unit, haul away old unit and clean up within a couple of hours. Great job!!

I was very impressed with the friendly and professional workmanship of the young man who came over to fix my hot water tank. He was prompt and very good at his job. He explained what had to be done and gave me options of what I wanted to be done. He did a great job! Thank you Kaden!

Called Hydro Flo when my hot water tank died, spoke with Justin. As soon as I talked to him I felt better. I was able to communicate with him via text and he gave me estimates for both a standard tank replacement as well as tankless. He kindly met me at my house when I got home from work and turned the water back on and assessed venting etc for the tankless system I had chosen. Installation was booked at my convenience.
