we came at 10:30p because we thought our cat had a blockage, they quickly assessed him and assured us he was not. staff was very friendly and helped us get out in a reasonable time frame. they were honest and reasonable price for being a 24/7 emergency pet hospital.

I just want rveryone to know this is the place to go. We were told our einstein is not going to get better. Se took him home The next day he went in the back yard and died. Peyton Brewer was amazing. Your office was very busy and she went above snd beyond her call of duty.She did all the paperwork and got Einstein out of car.She took great care of us. She handled it very professional and with csring moments We give Peyton a big thumbs up. It was a hard day. Thanks to everyone and especially Peyton.

Dr. Cindi Welch and her awesome staff at I-20 Animal Medical Center in Arlington are excellent. She coordinated many meds for our dog with heart failure, kidney failure and intestinal issues that lived 6.5 extra years under her care after being diagnosed with CHF. Our senior girl got close to passing twice, but with extra care and expertise, Dr. Welch got her back to health both times and probably against all odds. Found a tiny kitten on I-20. Rushed him in they took him back and were super caring and understanding about the situation. Now he is a bouncy, playful 6-month-old.

My Chow Chow had a reaction around midnight one night and I brought him here. The entire staff is extremely friendly and answers all of your questions while explaining everything really well. (special shoutout to Rj and Dr. Zimmerman) I definitely recommend this place! 10/10 ✨

My two dogs and I were attacked by another dog and they got us in immediately to suture one of my pups up. Everyone, I mean everyone, was extremely friendly and welcoming. They act helped calm our nerves. They gave us a bottle of water while we waited and explained everything to us. They took really great care of our girl that needed stitches and even followed up twice within the week! So glad I came here for our unexpected visit! Highly recommend!!
