RecommendedWe have been going to I-20 since 2006, and have always had a great experience with everyone. I would say in the last year when I’ve taken my dog to get his shots, your front desk staff have not been always welcoming or very friendly. No one smiles most of them appear to be in a bad mood. They were so kind and compassionate, explaining everything, every step of the way, and spending as much time with us as we needed. I had never gone through this before, and I was so grateful for all they did for us.
