RecommendedWe care about our little dog. We know Dr. Welch and the folks at I-20 Animal Medical Center will go out of their way to give her the best care. Because of this, we drive over 100 miles to take her to I-20 Animal Medical Center. Recently, when she was in for a routine treatment, Dr. Welch discovered a condition that could have cost her her life. Fortunately, they were able to treat her and she is back to her normal, feisty self!

RecommendedGreat. We’ve been here 3x now. Still trying to get my dog well! Our technician was Jade and she was very thorough and just amazing! Our Vet doc is great too... we just don’t have any answers!! They don’t know what’s wrong. My poor baby!! They’re trying different things and we’re praying!! RecommendedThe team was great and I was super appreciative that I was able to go inside with my dog, Amos, versus curbside especially since this was our first visit. I brought Amos in for a laceration on his front leg from another dog (bite) and they fit me in. I’d rather be safe than sorry and get it looked at sooner than later. They were very kind, answered all of my questions, and very patient with Amos since he was so nervous. RecommendedWe were recommended to come see Dr Bloom for our cat, Neko’s dental issues. We have been coming here for years now. We love everyone we have ever been in contact with, from the front desk to the doctor and tech’s, and that say’s a whole lot! Also, Neko actually loves coming here. We are trying so hard to just keep up with the additional demands with so many clinics limiting appointments and offering visits weeks out but then of course clients get upset with us for the wait time here with so much happening.
