RecommendedThought pup may have a bowel blockage, my vet and every other vet in Corsicana were booked and could not see her! All said go to an Emergency vet, so I went to I-20 animal center. My pup was seen quickly and they took the least expensive route first to diagnose, when those tests were negative they did X-ray. Vet determined issue and put a treatment plan together. All of the staff was great - caring and professional. It was a drive, but worth it!

RecommendedI absolutely love this animal hospital. they were all soo kind and sweet with our dog and us at 3 am. they got us in and back within 5 minutes of being there. we will definitely be taking our animals here from now on if needed.

RecommendedMy pup was having an fairly severe allergic reaction and due to other clinics and ERs being super busy and at capacity we had been turned away from any clinic we called, including our closest ER. I’m so thankful to Dr. Welsh and all of the staff at I-20 for taking such good care of our boy. I felt like the cost was super reasonable for the treatment plan as well, especially being an emergency on a weekend. Thank you for all y’all do to help sick babes and their families. We are so grateful! 💖🐾

RecommendedI-20 Animal Medical Center was able to get my cat in right away for surgery due to a fractured jaw. The night before, when the accident happened, we spent over 4 hours at the fancy “state of the art” ER vet in Fort Worth, only to be told they didn’t do oral surgery. The staff at I-20 has been amazing. Please remember this is an emergency vet center, so depending on what emergencies come in, you might have to wait.

RecommendedWe came in tonight with our dog and due to the he nature of the situation we were sent right back. The staff kept us updated as much as they could considering they were busy. When it came time for the bill they were very helpful with several options to get our girl what she needed
