Although the wait may be long at times they do do excellent care on your pets. They have saved my two chihuahuas a few times one who has hydrocephalus several times and one from eating dark chocolate, I rushed her in and they wasted no time in getting her back in the back and seen. They really care about your pets.

The wait time sucked, but the care they took with my Siberian husky was excellent. She is very sick, but they were so wonderful with her, and very good at explaining what is going on with her, explaining her medications to me, and how I could help her. They made sure I understood all of it, and my fur baby and I left there with a clear plan of action and follow up.

My husband and I can't thank Dr. Henry and the entire staff at the I-20 Animal Hospital enough for saving our cat Lizzie's life. Lizzie contracted the deadly cat disease Panluekopenia and did not have a good prognosis, but Dr. Henry's action plan and treatments have saved Lizzie and he is recovering miraculously. Lizzie was in ICU for three days and the staff took great care of Lizzie and of us, Lizzie's humans. REALLY WONDERFUL AND CARING I called around and found the I-20 Animal Medical Center. They are open 24 hours. Both my husband and I were escorted into a family room with a warm feeling where you can say goodbye to your dog. The people were so nice! The vet was wonderful! The price was the same if not a little lower. I am upset I did not know about this place with my first dog. Two months ago my 14 year old dog had to be put down. We care about our little dog. We know Dr. Welch and the folks at I-20 Animal Medical Center will go out of their way to give her the best care. Because of this, we drive over 100 miles to take her to I-20 Animal Medical Center. Recently, when she was in for a routine treatment, Dr. Welch discovered a condition that could have cost her her life. Fortunately, they were able to treat her and she is back to her normal, feisty self!
