My two dogs and I were attacked by another dog and they got us in immediately to suture one of my pups up. Everyone, I mean everyone, was extremely friendly and welcoming. They act helped calm our nerves. They gave us a bottle of water while we waited and explained everything to us. They took really great care of our girl that needed stitches and even followed up twice within the week! So glad I came here for our unexpected visit! Highly recommend!!

They took great care of Biscuit. He has heart worms we have a plan. I love our vet, she got right down on the floor with him. Come here well with the time & cost!

This place was great! I just adopted a kitten from an animal shelter and she has diarrhea. Unfortunately I didn’t know this until after she was spayed and I picked her up the next day, and they sent me home with medicine. I thought it cleared up, but it came back on a Saturday. So I called so many places and I-20 Animal Medical Center was able to get her in. The waiting area is really nice! They even have a separate waiting area for cats and free coffee and water! This place was great! The atmosphere and the people. We came in as a walk-in with my dog, Dreka, whom had an abrasion over her eye. I spoke with Ashley V first and as others came in Bree did our intake. Everyone was beyond friendly and most helpful. During the visit/exam the nurse Carey was extremely patient with my baby and the Doctor Dr.Welch was approachable and sweet and answered ALL of my many questions along with Nurse Carey. We’re very pleased with our dogs care at I-20 Medical Center. The entire staff is very polite. The doctors are very caring of our dog’s needs and the rooms are always clean. We have been taking our dogs there for over thirty years.

I’ve been taking my pup up here for a year or so. Here recently, she had an allergic reaction to something and she was kept overnight for treatment. Daisy was a big help on explaining the options we had & even gave me great advice on how to get Violet to take her medicine without a fight. She was also very caring & professional because violet is a nervous nelly when it comes to the vet. OMG best staff ever. Lindsey and Dr Natalia were great. Brought my EB she had got stung by wasps. They took her back right way got her the help she needed. They kept me informed of everything that was going on at all times. Bella and I went home a hour later. Thank you guys. The whole staff was just incredible.
