UPDATE: A quick call to Zodiac for a reset solved the current connectivity issue. They're Always Helpful! 5☆ now This app has worked well (for the most part) for the last 18 months BUT, the most recent update has made it Totally Useless! I was having connectivity problems after the previous update and so I installed the current one. I am using a Galaxy S9 and cannot do anything unless I go through the WebView. Normally the app would get 4 stars or better as I know this is a temporary issue.

Hi Jason, We have a solution for you! Configure a OneTouch Scene to include the heater, set a Device Runtime for that OneTouch Scene, and use the OneTouch Scene to operate the heater; then it will turn itself off. Hope this helps! - iAquaLink Support
*Update* - 8/20/20 Recent update has fixed majority of the crashing problem - Much better now. Still slow to open and still no Google Assistant support, but it's at least usable now. [Original review] Crashes at least half the time I open the app. Once it opens it's ok, but very frustrating. Should also have Google Assistant support, but that's non-existent.

As "Chris" and others noted, getting this app connected to your wireless router and device (iQPump01) for the first time is sheer agony. Start by going to your router settings and making the 2.4Ghz band its own network, with its own SSID and unique password. If you finally see the WAN (Green) and LAN (Yellow) lights come on, just wait. A new router helped this app's performance and connectivity to my pool area. It works, provides convenience but the app crashes regularly.

Easy-to-use the only downside is if you lose power you have to setup the wifi again.

Works great when it works. I have only had my new system for 2 months now. I have had most of my problems these past 3 weeks and currently. The system keeps crashing or going offline. I have Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it twice hoping it would fix the problem, unfortunately not. When the app is online, I can control my system from anywhere, which is a perk. Lately not the case.

The latest version of the app has been working great for me. Beforehand, I would have to close the app and re-open fairly often. Also having easy access to the web controls through the app is great as well.
