Cumbersome. Not easy to set pump times. Make it simpler.
love the ability to run pool, lights and spa
Not as user friendly as thought. Customer service did help me with a time out for the spa so I do not leave it on all night. Still not as simple as what my friend has. I wish the screen was larger when on the web on cell phone.

Works well, not super intuitive but better than going to the to box change settings. Wish you could change all setting in app. Not have to switch to web interface.
App needs a lot of work, still feels like I'm using a PDA, feels outdated. Need to support portrait mode, you have to hold your phone sideways to use the web interface who's is mostly what I use since all the features aren't available with the standard. Lots of spinning circles,v waiting to connect, v app freezes, I often have to force close and reload. Some pages you cannot leave, example of you are editing a schedule you must hit save it cancel it it will lock up.
I like it but it's, really dated. The app looks nice until you select the "web" view. That's when everything starts going down heel from there. WHY is there a "web" view, why can't you just to the web portion from the main app side? it looks way better!
