I applied once was returned with being completely locked out of their service for about 2 years now. Attempted to get clarification as to why and I keep getting a auto generated response. I'd think after 2 years whatever holds would be lifted like wow....

Hi Michelle, Thank you for your interest in iCASH! Unfortunately, the regulations in Quebec does not allow us to offer our type of loans.
I only asked for 200 bucks so me, a 38 weeks pregnant lady, and her two kids could get food. Apparently im to poor for a loan. Yeah hense why i was asking for help.... i have nothing and no money until next week. We are stressed and hungry and sad. Idk i dont trust this app. All the adds rave about how you help ppl in need yet I AM TO POOR and I am not even in that rough of shape. Guess all your positive reviews are from whinney people who think they are not oka but they really are. Stupid.

I applied for a payday loan at around 3 pm on May 5, 2023 and was pre-approved. I got a final approval about 5 hours later and signed the documents. At around 8 pm, I received a message saying the money will be deposited into my account in 5 minutes. It is now 1:07 am on May 6th and nothing has been deposited into my bank account. I have tried to find out how to cancel my loan application but can't find it in the Q & A area.
