Got approved 4 a loan but wanted to make one payment so emailed support and they told me sign the loan and they couldnt fix it till i sign in app where i sign 4 it says once signed it can not be changed. Now they took out half the loan and wont let loan again till next month even if i repay. Now im short rent and stuck with no cash till next month and no ability to loan. This isnt "helping me get out of debt cycle of reloaning" taking half the money and refusing to let me pay early to reloan

I've attained VIP status (20+ loans). I was off for 3 weeks but have been back at work for a couple weeks. I wasn't approved for the amount I requested. It literally says as a VIP member you get priority assistance and a flexible payment plan for unexpected situations. I contacted them and requested a flexible payment plan for a larger loan eventhough I can easily pay it off on payday. They told me there was nothing they could do because of government regulations. Definitely false advertising
