This was a very straightforward booster shots plus flea n'worm treatment. Waiting room was calm and quiet, support staff were pleasant, a nurse with some spare time made a fuss of Bella, who isn't at all anxious about the vet's, the vet was competent and extremely pleasant. Bella is very stubborn about medication, but the pill was successfully rammed down her dear little throat on the second attempt which i more than we could have done.

Everything was good reception helpful as always . Couldn’t get Monty into the reception as too many steps Ruby the vet came outside . Only problem there is the access really ok if you have a small dog not so easy if a big dog who isn’t well with mobility problems . Not sure how you get round that though ! Happy with the visit
