I was rear ended on the 405. My 2000 Maxima, which was in GREAT condition, was totaled. Went to OC Nissan on the Saturday before SuperBowl to look at Pre-Owned vehicles. i HATE the car buying experience but both my purchases from OC Nissan were positive experiences. I first leased an Altima from them in '09 and again just yesterday (Feb 2nd, 2012). Both times I walked out happy with my purchase and the staff were more than great to work with. This is my 3rd Maxima purchased at OC Nissan and just as ther prior 2 purchases, my experience was very good. Their sales staff was very friendly and they never pressured me at all. They got my right below where I wanted my monthly payment to be plus a have a new Maxima with more options than my last car. I will definately purchase my next car from OC Nissan as well!
In December 2011, my mom and I were browsing for a new car. I knew I wanted a crossover and did some research and was very interested in the Rogue. I was not sure what I was looking for when I first arrived but I was met with a friendly atmosphere. The dealership worked with me to figure out a car that best suited my needs and got me an great interest rate! I left feeling excited, confident and satisfied with my decision.
Buying a car could be a nightmare... But not at OC Nissan Irvine! Amazing, helpful and professional, group of people. Great Service, super responsive customer care. My wife was looking for a bearlly used, SUV up to $30K. She was a first time buyer, with quite good credit, but not such a long credit history.
