We love Indigo! We are so thankful for the loving staff for taking care of our mom. She feels at home at Indigo and we do too. Indigo was an answer to many prayers and we are so thankful!
For each category I would give a 5 But for the administration I would give a 3. I have had some reservations about how the managing of memory care is run - the lead director [name removed] is wonderful He has always been very accommodating but I feel [name removed] who runs memory care can be very rude! Snippy when asked about certain procedures . I feel my husband is safe and well cared for- hope this helps!
Facility is beautiful. The staff is friendly, professional, caring. We are extremely satisfied.
The facility is lovely!! It's new and very well designed and maintained. As our mother was adjusting to Indigo, everyone was very attentive to our questions and needs. The staff seems to genuinely care about the residents. The activities are vast and diverse. Our mother enjoys the Bible study, church service and bingo!
The food is pretty good as well. Fair amount of activities, trips. It's a real nice place. We picked this community from the pictures. Some places had outdated rooms, looked dreary. This place was beautiful and the price was comparable to outdated ones
Indigo has been the perfect fit for my relative. He and everyone I've seen there seem content and well taken care of. It is a very nice facility. I would recommend to others.
I would have to say five for everyone of the categories except the last one which would be for the expense it is expensive I don't know how some people can do it. I'm getting assistance from the government so that makes it easier for me In the very beginning I have to be honest there was a lot of thievery going on. The cleaning staff we're stealing from the apartments the person in charge at the at the desk can't see what you call him right now he was going into rooms and stealing medication because he was on drugs. The place is very nice and great location The staff are really great They will bend over backwards to help you We love the people that work there. As far as the food goes, they need to serve the food hot and have more of of variety on the menu.
They are continually improving. I could not have picked a better place to live as a senior retiree. I love this place and all of the residents and staff here. Activities are crucial. We have writing classes, art classes, water aerobics, chair volleyball tournaments, a music group, card games, mahjong, a walking group, local travel outings, Bingo games, relaxing in the Bistro or on that Bistro Patio, Birthday celebrations, live musical entertainment and so much more. The staff here is awesome and always ready with hugs.
