I do not recommend Indy Roofing & Restoration under any circumstances. They completely ignored the contract and installed the wrong roof—using a through-metal fastener system instead of the standing seam roof with hidden fasteners that was agreed upon. This careless work has damaged my main house roof and created serious risk for future leaks. They initially promised a refund but are now trying to strong-arm us into signing away our rights. I do not recommend Indy Roofing & Restoration whatsoever. They failed to follow the contract and did not install the specified standing seam roof. Instead, they installed a through-metal fastener roof, which compromises the integrity of my roof and caused damage to my main house roof by putting screws in it—creating the potential for future leaks.
