I had this company come out last October (2019) to inspect my roof. They said I had hail damage, and tarped off a portion of my roof that was damaged and leaking. They got my insurance involved and they denied the claim. Indy roof had me sign a "demand for appraisal" to have a 3rd party inspect and appeal the insurers denial. Hey Christopher, I am really sorry about your experience. Unfortunately we did all we were able to do with the claim side of your file. After your insurance denied your claim and then the third party appraisers said they couldn't do anything with it due to the poor policy in place, there wasn't much else we could do from that side.
