If I could give 10 stars I would .. Joe Venn was a God send! I am a Real Estate agent and time was of the essence, Joe is a major reason why this transaction is closing on time. He has worked SO hard for me and my clients and his communication skills have been impeccable. I will be recommending Indy Roof Company to all of my clients , family and friends not only because of the quality of work that they provide but also the pleasant experience I have had with Joe.
Great company! Great customer service!
Sara Conrad and Joe Venn came to inspect our roof of our home today and they did a wonderful job explaining everything to me! They talked me through the steps and explained thoroughly what is going on with our roof. I would highly recommend them!
Indy Roof Company was so easy to work with! Nathan was very professional and quick. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you, Nathan!
Had an inspection with complete honest up front service and couldn’t be happier with my choice to use them
These guys know what they are doing. I would use them again.
The people from Indy Roof Company were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again.
We scheduled a free quote with Indy Roof never expecting that it would be such a great experience. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions and we had MANY. Indy Roof worked with our insurance company and we were pleasantly surprised on the price. They did an excellent job on our roof. We love it! We would definitely recommend Indy Roof and Josh made the process go so smoothly. Joe & Jeanne B.

This careless work has damaged my main house roof and created serious risk for future leaks. They initially promised a refund but are now trying to strong-arm us into signing away our rights. Their work was unprofessional, negligent, and costly, and I would never hire them ag... read more
Business response:
We appreciate Bob and Deb taking the time to share their feedback, and we understand their frustration. While we respect their opinion, we’d like to clarify the situation for transparency. This project involved replacing a small section of roof, not the entire roof system. The original signed contract was for an exposed fastener metal roof, which was installed correctly to match the existing roof and ensure a watertight connection. An optional upgrade to a standing seam roof was discussed and signed, but upon inspection by... read more
