We scheduled a free quote with Indy Roof never expecting that it would be such a great experience. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions and we had MANY. Indy Roof worked with our insurance company and we were pleasantly surprised on the price. They did an excellent job on our roof. We love it! I do not recommend Indy Roofing & Restoration under any circumstances. They completely ignored the contract and installed the wrong roof—using a through-metal fastener system instead of the standing seam roof with hidden fasteners that was agreed upon. This careless work has damaged my main house roof and created serious risk for future leaks. They initially promised a refund but are now trying to strong-arm us into signing away our rights. I do not recommend Indy Roofing & Restoration whatsoever. They failed to follow the contract and did not install the specified standing seam roof. Instead, they installed a through-metal fastener roof, which compromises the integrity of my roof and caused damage to my main house roof by putting screws in it—creating the potential for future leaks. My experience with Indy Roof company was professional and service was prompt. Nick came out to the house I was looking at buying and gave me a thorough estimate and walk through of what needed to be fixed. I will definitely be using them for any roofing needs in the future!

There is nothing good I can say about Indy Roofing. My house was damaged during a hail storm and from the first assignment to the first nail that started this project has been hell. I have not had anyone over seeing this project and yet problems developed constantly. Every phone call made; to every text message sent has been unanswered or not returned in a timely manner; and when it is returned, nothing goes as I am informed.
