Poor project management. Rain ruined 4 ceilings during roof replacement and no one from Indy Roof is stepping up to manage their contractors who aren't showing up to get drywall repaired.
DO not work with this company. Their billing process is totally shady. They sent me an invoice marked FINAL. I paid it immediately. Then a week later, they sent me ANOTHER “final”invoice saying they had made a clerical error. When I hadn’t paid it within a week, they put a lien on my house. Terrible and unethical company.
I had this company come out last October (2019) to inspect my roof. They said I had hail damage, and tarped off a portion of my roof that was damaged and leaking. They got my insurance involved and they denied the claim. Indy roof had me sign a "demand for appraisal" to have a 3rd party inspect and appeal the insurers denial. I've tried many, many times to get a hold of this Indy roof through FB, phone, text, voicemail, and email and no one has returned my messages in the past 9 months to see what is going on!!
