Horrible communication. I'd rather pay more for better customer service. Huge disappointment!
My experience with Indy Roof company was professional and service was prompt. Nick came out to the house I was looking at buying and gave me a thorough estimate and walk through of what needed to be fixed. I will definitely be using them for any roofing needs in the future!
If there is zero star here. I will give it to them. Stay away. Google who the owner is and you will find out his records.

There is nothing good I can say about Indy Roofing. My house was damaged during a hail storm and from the first assignment to the first nail that started this project has been hell. I have not had anyone over seeing this project and yet problems developed constantly. Every phone call made; to every text message sent has been unanswered or not returned in a timely manner; and when it is returned, nothing goes as I am informed. Contractor Indy roof hired to repair ceilings damaged during roof replacement came in demoed ceilings and hasnt been back in a week. Menawhile renters are displaced from home. No project management, no communications from Indy roof.
Poor project management. Rain ruined 4 ceilings during roof replacement and no one from Indy Roof is stepping up to manage their contractors who aren't showing up to get drywall repaired.
DO not work with this company. Their billing process is totally shady. They sent me an invoice marked FINAL. I paid it immediately. Then a week later, they sent me ANOTHER “final”invoice saying they had made a clerical error. When I hadn’t paid it within a week, they put a lien on my house. Terrible and unethical company.
