"service" Service at this dealership is routinely exceptional: convenience, quality of work, informativeness, price, time, friendliness, knowledge, etc. That is why they remain our preferred dealership.

"REPAIR WENT VERY SMOOTH" EVERTHING WENT WELL . ALSO HAD A RECALL ON MY CHEVY COBALT IN A LOCAL DEALER, WAS NOT TREATED LIKE I WAS IN INFINITI.. YOUR STORE TREATED ME LIKE THEY WANTED TO HELP, WHILE LOCAL CHEVY DEALER TREATED ME LIKE THEY WERE BOTHERED TO HELP.

"Not satisfied customer! " I have been a schmaucher customer for my last 4 cars. I have leased from VW and just recently leased my first Infiniti. I had always been satisfied with VW but I have not been with Infiniti. 3 months after leasing my Infiniti I get a bill in the mail (a past due bill which they've had my address since 2009!) for hundreds of dollars. "Gouging and False Promises" Charged me $135 to replace my misplaced Title for my trade-in. The cost to do this myself would have been $75. Then Max the salesperson suggests the fee would possibly be waived because I made an effort to find it which didn't happen. Price gouging and then setting false expectations. Also, I had to wait 1 1/2 hours to sign the new car lease.

"Lost Key and oil change and service" Your service writer Danny was teriffic. My wife lost a key under the passanger seat and to make sure the key was in the car ,he started the car without the other key . He than knew the key was hidden somewhere in the car. He and another employee ,don't remember his name found the hidden key under the floor rug. He saved us from having to purchase another key for the cost of $400 plus ,both of these gentlemen are an asset to Infiniti of Palm Beach ., please acknowledge them as employees o... read more

"*BUYER BEWARE* Bait & Switch Scoundrels! False advertisers!" I usually never bother to write a negative review if something is bad, but this really set me off. "Worst Dealership I Have Ever Been To... " I wish there was a NEGATIVE ONE STAR! What a nightmare dealership... went out on a test drive and the salesman forgot to take the license plate. I'm pulled over and I detained 30 minutes and end up getting a warning ticket. Yes, that's right, I was driving so I got the warning ticket. The dealership was so rude about it like they didn't care. "STAY AWAY!" This was the most stressful, miserable experience we have ever had shopping for a car. The sales team were all playing on their cell phones when we walked in to the dealership and no one, other than the receptionist greeted us when we came in.
