"Unhappy, Dissatisfied and Robbed by Infiniti! " Unless you have excellent warranty, they will suggest unnecessary repairs, will quote one price and will charge you something else completely. I have always been a dedicated Infiniti user and I believe in going to the dealership for repairs. However, as my warranty expired, I found that the service changed. They do not tell the truth....after shopping several Infiniti dealerships I was ready to do a deal at another dealer other than this one, since their deal was not good.
