The Worst Experience with the Service Department. Avoid at All Costs! I recently had a nightmare experience with the service department while replacing tires on my Infiniti Q60RS. I specifically requested tires with a manufacturing date of 2024 or at most late 2023. Instead, they installed old stock tires from mid-2022 meaning that the tires are already 2 years old while their lifespan (keeping proper traction) is only 4 years. Manny seems like a nice guy but has no clue what he is selling. I wasted 2 days with this guy and purchased zero. But I get it cause I showed up at his office and the Manger never even came to introduce himself so the apple does not fall far from the tree. Stay away he was trying to sell me a car that the sticker was 36k and after being there for hours I look it up online and the real price was only 31k. Jojo, Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, the car you picked out originally online was not the same as the car you chose once you got to the showroom. The year, make and model were different with less milage and different features. We regret we could not keep the pricing the same but even the slightest difference effects the pricing. No thanks. Your management department was nonexistent from what I can tell and it had nothing to do with the sales price. I got sick and delayed the process for 2days and it seemed to really upset them.

Worst customer service ever! ! I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with Danny at 1 ge said it would be ready by 2:15 I get there and it hadn’t even been serviced!! No phone call letting me know they weee backed up!! That was just a slap in my face!! I drive out there expecting service and got nothing except here are your keys sorry! We put GPS on our Infiniti for my wife’s safety. Beige leaving it at dealership of Palm Beaches I filled up the tank. Got back 3/4 empty. I checked the GPS and mileage. We dropped it off( look at the receipt)22754 and picked it up at 22989. The dealership guy in charge of our car is Anthony. The car was taken north of the dealership overnight to a resident and driven extensively hard and fast 90+MPH many times. One errand ran in the car was a FedEx package. I leased the 2019 QX 50 I love the car but the dealership is garbage. They have zero customer service once the car deal is complete! They will not go above and beyond at all to help the customers! They already made their money off you! They sell products to protect my car and the dealership does not honor it for th stepsister! Danny Solorzano in the Service Dept. is the only reason I have returned to the dealership, as my sales experience was a nightmare and the Finance Department rep tricked me into buying an extended warranty that took me 3 months to get a refund.

"delivery knowledge poor" I have leased two cars from this auto dealership in the past 3 years. On both occasions I was disappointed with the process of delivery of the auto. The first time the sales person didn't take the time to explain the car thoroughly and left the dealership not knowing how the gadgets work.
