No thanks. Your management department was nonexistent from what I can tell and it had nothing to do with the sales price. I got sick and delayed the process for 2days and it seemed to really upset them.

Worst customer service ever! ! I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with Danny at 1 ge said it would be ready by 2:15 I get there and it hadn’t even been serviced!! We put GPS on our Infiniti for my wife’s safety. Beige leaving it at dealership of Palm Beaches I filled up the tank. Got back 3/4 empty. I checked the GPS and mileage. We dropped it off( look at the receipt)22754 and picked it up at 22989. The dealership guy in charge of our car is Anthony. The car was taken north of the dealership overnight to a resident and driven extensively hard and fast 90+MPH many times. One errand ran in the car was a FedEx package. I leased the 2019 QX 50 I love the car but the dealership is garbage. They have zero customer service once the car deal is complete! They will not go above and beyond at all to help the customers! They already made their money off you! They sell products to protect my car and the dealership does not honor it for th stepsister! "delivery knowledge poor" I have leased two cars from this auto dealership in the past 3 years. On both occasions I was disappointed with the process of delivery of the auto. The first time the sales person didn't take the time to explain the car thoroughly and left the dealership not knowing how the gadgets work. "Awful service" I had really bad experience with their service. The technician guy told me that I have to replace the active cruise control sonar for 3000$ to fix parking cameras. Me: "Okay, but what if it would not help to fix the issue with cameras". Him: "Then we replace something else." I would strongly recommend Infiniti to replace this guy instead of my sonar and refund me $350. BTW Danny was really nice, he is a great service manager and this review is not about him!
