"worst customer service ever.." Raisa was great to deal with had deal finalized all was perfect, till CORY the devil salesman killed the deal by being rude, very disrespectful to me and wife, very unprofessional wouldn't deal with that dealer ever again...………..

"Worst dealer ever! " We bought an Infiniti QX56 2013 (for my parents elderly people) the salesman called “Max” was rude ! He don’t let us to check carefully the suv, after 5 hours we got the suv with our dp any dealer can get our business (11k) he says the suv pass all The test trough Infiniti “standards”, next day the liftgate wont work! They check the car and find out a bad actuator, back home and the suv still have the same problem! "Awful service" I had really bad experience with their service. The technician guy told me that I have to replace the active cruise control sonar for 3000$ to fix parking cameras. Me: "Okay, but what if it would not help to fix the issue with cameras". Him: "Then we replace something else." I would strongly recommend Infiniti to replace this guy instead of my sonar and refund me $350. BTW Danny was really nice, he is a great service manager and this review is not about him!

"Mari made it happen!" Just leased a 2018 QX60 from Infiniti of the Palm Beaches and their rep Mari Guitterez did a thoroughly professional job from the buying process right through delivery. If you’re looking for an Infiniti in South Florida you won’t do better then contacting Mari.

"Condescending and rude" Went for service on my Infiniti to discuss some common issues. He immediately told me they would take too long to look into it and there was no loaner car. Ok, well what about the other issue with my battery? Before he even took it to get tested, Danny launches into how much it would cost to replace, prorate, installation, etc, etc. Speaking to me in a rude and condecending tone. "service department not capable of fixing dan steering issue " Bought my Q70 Infinity 2 years ago and it has been in the service department several times due to a dangerous steering issue. At first, they try to say that there is no problem but most of the time they try different repairs to fix the erratic steering with none of them working. "Nice car - bad service. " Buy elsewhere! This is the least accommodating service center I have ever dealt with. They do not return phone calls. They don't accommodate your needs. They make recall appointments without consulting you. They don't respond to letters addressed to the owner. This is not my first Infiniti and it may not be my last, but I will definitely never buy from them again and by association any Shumacher dealership.

"Typical Sales Scheme" Avoid this dealership! JP the GM of this dealership is a prime example of an individual who has a skill set of flipping burgers for McDonalds, but kissed up to make his way up as a GM. Horrible customer service, does not know anything about the cars that he sells, and he is the most arrogant individual I ever dealt with. I was getting a steal on one of their cars. "STAY AWAY FORM SERVICE DEPARTMENT " So today My wife took our 2013 Infiniti M37 to the dealership today for a simple issue that I have already diagnosed using professional equiptment ( I am a Mechanic) . We decided to take the car to the dealership because it is still under factory warranty. When we purchased the car, it also came with additional warranty through a 3rd party.
