"The most friendly and professional dealership." Simply words, they are THE BEST, always helping and make sure that you have the car of your dreams . This is our 4 vehicle and if we ever need to buy another one, we will definitely go to Infiniti of palm beach. "Simple and profesional." They do an excellent job of scheduling the maintenance work for my wife’s Q 50. It doesn’t matter if I schedule online or call on the phone. They always have a loaner car available should I need it. This time I came in for an oil change and a new battery. It took just over an hour so I was able to make some calls and do a little research from the customer service waiting area. Carrie McCarty was profesional and knowledgeable.
