"Simple and profesional." They do an excellent job of scheduling the maintenance work for my wife’s Q 50. It doesn’t matter if I schedule online or call on the phone. They always have a loaner car available should I need it. This time I came in for an oil change and a new battery. It took just over an hour so I was able to make some calls and do a little research from the customer service waiting area. Carrie McCarty was profesional and knowledgeable.

"'18 QX60gp" i have leased a 2012 FX37 before and my experience with that dealer was not very pleasing . Since i came to Schummacher Infiniti , Chris Bennett made it very easy for me to walk out a happy owner of a certified owned 2018 QX60 .

"Exceptional" I have been an Infiniti owner for over 20 years, and a Schumacher customer for at least 15. My past interactions with the Schumacher “family” -executives, managers, sales, support staff and service team - were always ‘5 star’. "Carrie McCarty, Service Advisor, is AMAZING" Carrie is an absolute GEM. "Excellent Customer Service" I purchased a Q50 from Ira Kaskel at Infiniti of the Palm Beaches. It was the best dealership customer service I have ever had. His technical training on my vehicle was outstanding. Sheila Cedeno and Terry Wong made the contract/financial process an enjoyable experience. "Very professional!" The team at this dealership are wonderful! Everything from choosing the vehicle I wanted to working out the financial part of it was great! Easy to work with. Honest salesman. Would always go back!
