"new car purchase" The salesman Chris Bennett was excellent, he handles himself very professionally. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. Unfortunately Paul Stern in the finance department was not very honest with me. After I made the deal with Chris and agreed to everything Paul tried to invoice me for an additional $415.00, of items which were already included in the sales price. "No pressure! Lots of information!" We were Infiniti customers many years ago and weren't sure about our next car purchase. With the help of Chris Bennett, sales consultant, we decided to buy a Q50. "Excellent sales & support " I worked with Max quite a bit on a CPO Infiniti Q60. I've been shopping in my local area for one with specific options with no luck. However, I found it at Infiniti of the Palm Beaches. Max was extremely helpful with trying to make a deal work, and we went back and forth over the details until things were settled. While I ultimately decided not to buy the vehicle, not due to anything Max or the dealership did, I want to show my appreciation of the efforts Max went to to make the deal work.
"Max Hager took great care of me." turned in a lease car and got into a new car on the same day. All paperwork and logistics were taken care of with no hassle. In and out in a couple of hours.
